Transfer series, 2010
My first post-grad collection of paintings. This series was an exploration in how imagery can lead to abstraction, specifically by using acrylic transfers of lines found in nature (i.e. branches, telephone lines). Each painting featured acrylic transfers, some paper collage, acrylic, and oil on canvas.
